PARTIES
a) On one side, HANJUWELIER, which operates the activities of the website www.hanjuwelier.com (hereinafter referred to as the “COMPANY”).
b) On the other side, the internet Member who joins the website www.hanjuwelier.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”) (hereinafter referred to as the “Member”).
All web pages on our site and all related pages (www.hanjuwelier.com) are the property of HANJUWELIER (the Company) and are operated by it. By using all the services offered on the site, you (the “Member”) acknowledge that you are subject to the following conditions, that by benefiting from and continuing to use the services on the site, you have the right, authority, and legal capacity to enter into a contract under the laws applicable to you, that you are over 18 years of age, and that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
This agreement imposes rights and obligations on the parties regarding the site in question, and by accepting this agreement, the parties declare that they will fulfill the aforementioned rights and obligations completely, accurately, and on time, within the conditions specified in this agreement.

1.3. The Member agrees not to engage in reverse engineering while using the site or take any other actions aimed at discovering or obtaining the source code. Otherwise, the Member acknowledges in advance that they will be responsible for any damages arising in this regard, including to third parties, and that legal and criminal proceedings may be initiated against them.
1.4. The Member agrees not to access or use the software and data of other internet Members without permission. Otherwise, all legal and criminal liabilities arising from this shall belong entirely to the Member.
1.5. The Company shall not be liable for unauthorized access to Member data or for any damage to Member software and data. The Member agrees in advance not to claim compensation from the Company for any harm they may suffer due to the use of the www.hanjuwelier.com website.
1.6. The Member may not use the www.hanjuwelier.com website in any way that disrupts public order, violates general morality, disturbs or harasses others, serves an illegal purpose, or infringes on the intellectual property and copyright rights of others. 1.12. The Company reserves the right to unilaterally terminate the Member’s membership and delete the Member’s files, documents, and information when deemed necessary. The Member accepts this authority in advance. In such cases, the Company bears no responsibility.
1.13. The software and design of the www.hanjuwelier.com website are the property of the Company, and the copyrights and/or other intellectual property rights related to them are protected by applicable laws. They may not be used, acquired, or altered by the Member without permission.
2. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

5. REGISTRATION AND SECURITY
The Member is obliged to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date registration information. Otherwise, the account may be closed.
6. TERMINATION OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement shall remain in effect until the Member cancels their membership or until the Company terminates the membership.
7. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul Bakırköy Judiciary are authorized to resolve any disputes.
8. EFFECTIVENESS
By registering as a Member, the Member is deemed to have accepted all the terms. This Agreement enters into force the moment the Member joins the Website.
